Postdoctoral Fellow

Hi! I have a Clinical Psychology PhD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. My training in science and practice has been grounded at the intersection of sleep and mental health. Clinically, I am trained as a generalist with a specialty in behavioral sleep medicine. I operate from an integrative framework, centering on CBT principles and practices while drawing from third-wave psychotherapies (e.g., ACT and DBT). My research career in Sleep began in 2011 at the University of Arizona. Over the past decade, I have built multiple research programs, with my primary program focusing on advancing the clinical care of idiopathic Hypersomnia. In my spare time, I love to play sports, trail run, and cook.
